After living a lifetime traveling in Christian Missions with my husband and children throughout the United States and Canada, my children finally grew up! In 2006 my husband and I moved from Wisconsin to Florida, and I embarked on a second career in Real Estate working as a New Home Consultant with one of Florida’s Premier Builders, MI Homes, and then America’s Largest New home builder, D.R. Horton.

Recognized as a multi-million-dollar producer during one of the toughest real estate declines in our history, I specialized in new home construction, gated and golf course single-family communities, and gained immense knowledge of the real estate industry in home selling and building.

After enjoying the Florida lifestyle and selling real estate for about 10 years, we felt the need to return to our hometown of Mt. Pleasant, WI. It was wonderful to be back with family and our aging parents. In God’s wonderful providence my youngest son, who is a US Navy Chief, was stationed near us in Great Lakes Naval Base and we were able to have the blessing of his marriage and our first grandchild! What joy!

Following selling Real Estate in Florida, I was faced with the decision of what to do in a depressed market? But after you fall in love with Real Estate and helping people find their dream home, my only choice was to go forward. So, I hit the books once more and received my Wisconsin Sales license and then a Wisconsin Broker’s license.

I came into the Racine-Kenosha market with skills I had acquired as a New Home Consultant in-home preparation, staging, and marketing. I began helping people ready their homes to compete in a depressed and competitive market with much success.
